Pricing

What AI automation costs a 10–50 person firm.

With Signal Over Noise AI, automating one workflow starts at $5,000, at a price fixed before work begins. Most firms start with a $1,500 one-week assessment that is credited in full to the first build, and add optional support from $750 a month. A first year with one build and support starts at $14,000.

Prices current as of October 2026.

Worked Examples

What a first year actually costs.

These use the published starting prices. Your build is priced in the assessment, and the $1,500 assessment fee is credited to it.

Assessment only

$1,500

You get the map, the baseline, and fixed prices for your top three fixes. If you stop there, the plan is yours to use.

One workflow automated

From $5,000

Assessment plus one build. The $1,500 assessment fee comes off the build price, so the total starts at $5,000.

One workflow, plus a year of support

From $14,000

One build at $5,000 and 12 months of support at $750 a month.

Two workflows, plus a year of support

From $19,000

Two builds at $5,000 each and 12 months of support. Most firms add the second build once the first has proved itself.

Price Factors

What moves a build price.

A build costs more when it

  • Connects more systems (email, storage, practice management, accounting software)
  • Handles more kinds of documents or requests
  • Needs more approval steps before anything goes out
  • Works with tools that have no way to connect to them automatically

Not included in the price

  • New software subscriptions, if a build needs one you don't already have
  • AI usage fees from the provider, itemized in your quote before you sign
  • New workflows during support, which are quoted separately
Questions

Pricing Questions.

Why do you publish your prices?

Because you shouldn't need a sales call to find out whether this fits your budget. The prices on this page are the prices.

Is the assessment fee really credited to the build?

Yes. If you go ahead with a build, the full $1,500 comes off its price.

What if the assessment doesn't find enough to automate?

If it doesn't find at least 5 staff-hours a week we can win back, you don't pay the $1,500.

How is a build price set?

In the assessment. Each fix gets a fixed price based on how many systems it connects, how many kinds of documents or requests it handles, and how many approval steps it needs. The price doesn't change unless you change the scope.

Are there software or AI usage costs on top?

Sometimes. Most builds run on tools you already pay for. If a build needs a new subscription or AI usage fees, they are itemized in your fixed quote before you sign.

Can we stop Monthly Support?

Yes. It is month to month, and everything I built stays in your accounts and stays yours.
